ما سازمان های غیر دولتی و تشکل های علمی و صنفی به عنوان بخشی از جامعه مدنی ایران از آتش‌بس استقبال می‌کنیم و به پایداری آن امید داریم. ما بر این باوریم که قواعد حقوق بشری و حقوق بین‌الملل تنها زمانی معنادار است که در عمل، با تضمین‌های معتبر، مسیر صلح و خشونت‌پرهیزی را هموار سازد. ما با دشمنانی مواجهیم که منطق قدرت را در حقوق‌زدایی پرورش داده اند و بارها قوانین مبنایی بین المللی را زیرپا گذاشته‌‌اند. در حمله اخیر اسراییل به ایران که در ادامه منازعه خونبار اخیری است که خاورمیانه و به خصوص غزه را به آتش کشیده است، هیچ قاعده‌ای از حقوق بشر و حقوق بین‌الملل مصون نمانده است. اهداف حملات شامل هلال احمر، زندان (اوین تهران)، آمبولانس (نجف‌اباد)، بیمارستان (فارابی کرمانشاه، حکیم و مطهری و لبافی‌نژاد در تهران)، شیرخوارگاه (بهزیستی تهران)، پارک کودکان (تهران) و خانه‌های مسکونی در سرتا‌سر ایران بودند که شهروندان بسیاری جان خود را از دست دادند، حتی مراکز هسته‌ای نیز طبق قواعد آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی باید مصون از تعرض و تحت نظامات کنترلی اطمینان‌بخش باشند.
نکوهش‌بارتر از این صلح‌ستیزی، عملکرد سازمان‌های بین‌المللی است که انتظار می‌رفت در چنین هنگامه‌ای بی‌طرفی خود را اثبات کنند و از رفتار تبعیض‌آمیز و استانداردهای دوگانه دست بکشند. شورای امنیت سازمان ملل، شورای حقوق بشر و دادگاه بین‌المللی کیفری تکالیف تاریخی و آزمونی بس مهم پیش رو دارند و ما ناظر بر عملکرد آن‌ها هستیم.
سازمان های غیر دولتی و تشکل های علمی و صنفی به عنوان بخشی از جامعه مدنی ایران، ضمن به رسمیت شناختن حق دفاع مشروع ایران مطابق ماده ۵۱ منشور ملل متحد تقویت مسیرهای دیپلماتیک برای خاتمه جنگ و محکوم کردن متجاوز از طریق مجاری بین‌المللی را تقاضا دارد.
ما به عنوان مجموعه‌ای از جامعه مدنی ایران، تلاش هدفمندی برای ایجاد بستر گفت‌وگو به منظور برچیدن سایه جنگ از کشور و فعال‌سازی مسیرهای شایسته برای خشونت‌پرهیزی به کار خواهیم بست. از نهادهای برون‌مرزی و تخصصی با اهداف انسان‌دوستانه می‌خواهیم در کنار مردم ایران، که قربانی تجاوز جنگی اسرائیل و آمریکا شده‌اند، بایستند و در فعال‌سازی ظرفیت‌های تعاملی جامعه مدنی به سوی صلحی پایدار اهتمام ورزند.
در کنار همه صلح‌دوستان جهان، در مبارزه علیه خشونت و جنگ‌طلبی خواهیم ایستاد تا روزی که صلح پدیدار شود.

Joint Statement from Iranian Civil Society Organizations and Associations Condemning Aggression and Demanding Lasting Peace

We, the undersigned, represent various aspects of Iranian civil society, comprising non-governmental organizations, scientific, and professional associations. We welcome the current ceasefire and hope for its lasting stability. The principles of international law and human rights are truly meaningful only when they are effectively upheld, paving the way for peace and non-violence.
In this conflict, one party has systematically dismantled legal protections and repeatedly violated fundamental international laws. The recent Israeli attack on Iran signals a continuation of a bloody conflict that has engulfed the Middle East, particularly Gaza, with no principle of human rights or international law immune from violation.
These attacks targeted the most vulnerable populations within Iran. Multiple hospitals, such as Farabi in Kermanshah, Hakim, Motahari, and Labbafinejad, were deliberately struck.
Ambulances in Najafabad, the Red Crescent Center, orphanages such as Behzisti in Tehran, children’s parks, and residential homes across the country have also been affected. Even nuclear facilities, which according to International Atomic Energy Agency regulations should be protected and subject to international oversight, have been targeted. Many civilians have lost their lives as a result.
What is more deplorable than this hostility to peace is the failure of international organizations, which are expected to remain neutral and uphold their duties without discrimination or double standards. The UN Security Council, the Human Rights Council, and the International Criminal Court face significant historical responsibilities. We are closely monitoring their performance during a critical time.
We recognize Iran’s right to self-defense under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter. Therefore, we call for diplomatic channels to come together in opposing war and to pursue accountability for the aggressor through international avenues.
As a collective within Iranian civil society, we will make a purposeful effort to create a platform for dialogue and implement appropriate paths for non-violence. We urge organizations centered on humanitarian efforts to stand in solidarity with the people of Iran, who have been victims of Israeli and American military aggression. We believe in the capacity of civil society to drive lasting peace.
We will stand with all peace-loving people across the world in the fight against violence and warmongering—until peace prevails.
